QUNDIS becomes permanent member of the BVMW Energy Commission

Since Thursday, 3 December 2015, CEO Thomas Röhrl has represented QUNDIS GmbH as a permanent member of the Energy Commission of Germany’s Federation of Mid-sized Companies (Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft, Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e. V. – BVMW).

QUNDIS is proud of his nomination to the committee, which provides the company with a wide range of possibilities for contributing at the highest level its extensive expertise in the recording of consumption information. The aim of the Energy Commission, which was formed by the BVMW in 2011, is to develop solutions which will actively help to promote the energy turnaround. The work of the commission concentrates on developing strategies and concepts relating to energy policy. In this field its objectives cover not only energy management and energy efficiency as an essential element in company operations, but also management of the energy turnaround as a challenge for the economy as a whole.

Thomas Röhrl, who has been actively engaged on behalf of the BVMW since February 2015 as an Economics Senator for the State of the Thuringia, intends in particular to focus on the subject of digitalisation in the energy industry.
